## Specialized Experience and Qualifications

1. Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience managing CSR programs, community empowerment initiatives, or working within reputable social organizations. Experience in facilitating workshops or training programs is highly valued.
2. Research and Impact Analysis: Hands-on experience in conducting social studies, baseline surveys, Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, or formal social impact research.
3. Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of sustainability principles, ISO 26000 standards, and established corporate CSR indicators.
4. Strategic Networking: An expansive professional network within the corporate sector and relevant stakeholder groups.
5. Administrative Excellence: The ability to draft high-quality proposals, comprehensive program reports, and regulatory-compliant documentation, alongside a talent for designing research-based, participatory programs.
