NICU/Perinatal Coordinator
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Must hold an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR). Additional certifications in NICU and Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) are mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NICU Head Nurse or staff nurse in a NICU/PICU setting.
* Competencies: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a deep understanding of ward and unit management.
Inpatient Ward Coordinator
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Ners).
* Certification: Must hold an active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and a valid BTCLS certificate.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Competencies: Strong managerial and leadership abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); capable of working effectively both independently and within a collaborative team. Preference is given to candidates with prior Ward Management training.
