# Internship Opportunities at the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia
The Secretariat General of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) serves as the primary support institution for the Indonesian legislature. Governed by Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2020, this body provides essential administrative, technical, and procedural expertise to ensure the effective functioning of the House. Currently, the Secretariat General offers prestigious internship programs for qualified students and graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the heart of Indonesian democracy.
## Core Application Requirements
To apply for any internship position within the Secretariat General, candidates must submit a complete dossier comprising the following documents:
* Official Cover Letter: A formal request from your university addressed to the Head of the Legislative Human Resources Development Center (PUSBANGKOM) Setjen DPR RI, specifying the internship purpose and topic.
* Academic Records: A copy of your Study Plan Card (KRS) and current Transcript of Grades.
* Curriculum Vitae (CV): An updated professional resume.
* Identity Proof: Photocopy of your Student ID (KTM).

2. Records Division: Archives Management
* Target Majors: Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration, or Archival Science.
* Core Competencies: Basic knowledge of records management, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Duration: 3 Months

3. Building and Installation Division
* Roles: Office Administration Assistant & Operational Service Assistant.
* Quota: 6 Participants
* Technical Requirements: Expertise in AutoCAD, ability to create professional presentations, basic budget estimation (RAB) skills, knowledge of electrical engineering, single-line diagram (SLD) reading, mechanical systems (lifts/escalators), HVAC, and plumbing.

* Education: Economics, Accounting, Law, Government Science, or Public Administration.
* Responsibilities: Summarizing BPK RI audit findings, analyzing supporting data, and researching relevant legislative frameworks.
* Period: November 10, 2026 – December 18, 2026

## Important Internship Guidelines
All interns are expected to uphold the "BERAKHLAK" values of the Secretariat General: Service-oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative.
* Attire: Formal professional clothing is mandatory. Jeans and t-shirts are strictly prohibited. Men must keep hair neat and short.
* Conduct: Interns must wear their official university jacket (Almamater) when leaving the office or entering session rooms.
* Attendance: Standard office hours are 08:00 WIB to 16:00 WIB. Punctuality is required.
* Commitment: This is a full-time, in-person commitment. Please ensure you have no conflicting academic schedules during the internship period.
