## 1. R&D Supervisor (Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)

We are seeking a talented engineer to lead our product development and design initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between innovative design and efficient manufacturing.

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficiency in 3D mechanical design and assembly using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
* Experience in structural strength and material durability validation through ANSYS technical simulations.
* Background in manufacturing engineering is highly preferred.
* A proactive mindset with a strong drive for professional development.

Core Responsibilities:

* Design complex mechanical structures and assemblies.
* Integrate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to optimize mass production efficiency.
* Oversee prototype development and conduct rigorous functional testing.
* Manage R&D project timelines and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOM).
* Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and refining existing product designs.
* Lead and mentor a team of drafters and engineers to ensure design precision and project milestones.

## 2. HSE Staff (Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)

Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment is at the heart of our operations. The HSE Staff member will be responsible for maintaining safety standards and mitigating risks across our manufacturing sites.

Key Qualifications:

* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Possession of a valid SIM A driving license.
* Certification in AK3U Kemnaker is considered a significant advantage.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
* Physically and mentally fit with excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to be assigned to any of Adhimix’s operational areas.

Core Responsibilities:

* Supervise onsite HSE procedures, including PPE compliance, housekeeping, and safety signage.
* Conduct routine inspections, safety audits, and behavioral observations.
* Organize toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and ongoing safety training programs.
* Investigate workplace accidents or environmental incidents and prepare detailed improvement reports.
* Maintain essential documentation, including SOPs, Permits to Work (PTW), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
* Ensure full compliance with government regulations (K3 Law, environmental mandates) and internal corporate standards.

## 3. Warehouse Staff (Location: Mixed Farming Division, Subang & Ngoro)

Our new agricultural ventures require organized and efficient logistics management. The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory and the smooth flow of goods.

Key Qualifications:

* Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
* Understanding of WMS principles, FIFO/FEFO methods, stock-taking procedures, and warehouse safety (K3).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is highly valued.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

* Verify physical goods against documentation (Purchase Orders/Delivery Notes) and supervise loading and unloading activities.
* Organize inventory using FIFO/FEFO standards to ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
* Execute regular cycle counts and stock-taking, ensuring physical inventory matches system data.
* Coordinate with the Procurement and Expedition teams to manage delivery schedules and prevent stockouts.
* Maintain accurate and systematic archives of all operational warehouse documentation.
