1. Barge Escort Operator
This role is essential for our logistics and supply chain efficiency.
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in the shipping industry, with preference given to those with palm oil sector experience.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in maritime operations (escort, anchoring, loading/unloading), navigation fundamentals, and marine communication equipment (VHF Radio, AIS, GPS).
* Certifications: Solid understanding of ISPS Code and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards; holding an ISPS Code certification is a distinct advantage.
* Core Competencies: Ability to draft operational reports and excellent teamwork skills.
2. Instrument Control Technician
We are looking for a detail-oriented technician to maintain our advanced processing systems.
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience, ideally within a palm oil refinery.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of electrical schematics, wiring, termination, and tools such as multimeters and megger meters.
* Troubleshooting: Expert knowledge of motor controls, VFD, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
* Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and effective time management for emergency repairs.
3. Tank Farm Operator
Responsible for the safe and efficient management of our storage facilities.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial experience.
* Safety Focus: Comprehensive understanding of K3 safety protocols.
* Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
Join our core production team to ensure the quality of our palm oil processing.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar industrial setting.
* Requirements: A proactive work ethic and the ability to operate effectively within a shift-based team structure.
5. Boiler Operator
This role requires specialized knowledge of steam generation safety.
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in boiler operations.
* Mandatory Requirement: Priority will be given to candidates holding a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for Steam Vessels.
6. Weighbridge Executive
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our weighbridge operations with absolute precision.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the palm oil industry.
