We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate professionals for the following positions:
1. Administration Staff for Japanese Expatriates
This role is essential for bridging communication and providing seamless operational support to our Japanese expatriate team.
* Act as a primary communication bridge, including document translation and business reporting in Japanese.
* Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including hotel bookings, transportation (flights, trains, and Whoosh High-Speed Rail), and itinerary management.
* Oversee administrative tasks regarding apartment rentals, golf memberships, and expat movement (transfer in/out).
* Handle reimbursement processes and ensure company administrative compliance.
* Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Japanese Language and Culture.
* Approximately 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
* Business-level English proficiency; JLPT N3 certification is highly preferred.
* Exceptional attention to detail regarding schedules, documents, and meeting minutes.
