Program Structure and Focus
The internship is strategically divided into two distinct phases to ensure comprehensive professional growth:
* Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Intensive capability development focusing on foundational marketing concepts.
* Phase 2 (Months 4–6): Hands-on execution experience where interns apply their skills in the field.
Throughout the duration of the program, participants will sharpen their expertise in several core areas:
* On-ground Activation Execution: Managing promotional campaigns and event logistics.
