## Job Overview: Admin Sales Export
AMFG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill the Admin Sales Export position. In this role, you will be a vital link in the company's international supply chain and sales operations, ensuring seamless export processes from the Jakarta base.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Export Sales Administrator, your daily responsibilities will revolve around precision, coordination, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include:
* Document Management: Prepare and manage essential export documents—including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin (COO), and other required paperwork—with high accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate export orders, shipping schedules, and logistics operations smoothly with both internal departments and external partners.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply fully with international export regulations, local customs requirements, and necessary shipping documentation.
* Performance Monitoring: Track ongoing export activities, analyze bottlenecks, and compile regular reports to support management in driving business performance.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this dynamic environment, candidates must meet specific academic and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Associate Degree (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Transportation, or a closely related field, maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar capacity, with a strong preference for backgrounds in administrative and sales support functions.
* Technical & Language Skills: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Ancol, Jakarta.
Compensation & Benefits
* Monthly Salary Range: IDR 8,000,000 – 8,600,000
