## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for these prestigious roles, all candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background:
* Officer Roles: Must possess at least a Diploma III, Diploma IV, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited maritime academy or equivalent institution.
* Rating Roles: Must possess at least a High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* Documentation:
* Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* A valid, original, or legalized Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* A formal drug-free certificate issued by an authorized hospital or police authority.
## Specific Professional Qualifications
Candidates must hold the necessary certifications to ensure safe and efficient maritime operations. Please review the criteria according to your specialization:
Competency Certificates (COC)
* Deck Officers (including Captains): Minimum ANT-IV.
* Engine Officers: Minimum ATT-IV.
* Ratings: Must hold certification in Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch, Engine Watch, or a Ship’s Cook Certificate for galley personnel.
* Preferred Experience: Previous experience working on Ro-Ro vessels or similar passenger ferry configurations is considered a significant advantage.
Proficiency Certificates (COP) per STCW 2010
All applicants must hold valid certifications as outlined below:
* Captains and Deck Officers: Must possess BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA, SSO, CMT, CMHB, MC, RS, AS, BRM, ECDIS, and IMDG Code certifications.
* Chief Engineers and Engine Officers: Must possess BST, SCRB, AFF, MFA, SSO, CMT, CMHB, MC, and ERM certifications.
* Ratings: Must possess BST, SCRB, AFF, SAT, and MFA certifications.
## Essential Operational Requirements
In addition to technical competency, all candidates must meet the following administrative and commitment standards:
1. Specialized Certifications: GMDSS and ORU certificates are highly preferred for all officers and are mandatory for Captains and First Mates.
2. Validity Periods: BST (MSC) and SCRB certificates, medical certificates from the Maritime Health Center (BKKP), and Seaman Books must all have a remaining validity of at least six months.
3. Commitment: Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to complete at least one full contract period without resignation.
