Engineering and Technical Roles
* Civil Engineer Assistant Manager: Oversees infrastructure development and maintenance projects. Requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction with at least five years of experience in plantation-based construction.
* EHS & Fire Safety Coordinator: Manages emergency response teams and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Must hold an Ahli K3 Umum certification and possess at least three years of relevant experience.
* Power Plant Assistant: Maintains electrical machinery and supports power generation operations. Applicants should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with PLC systems.
* Mobile Apps Developer: Develops and maintains high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. Requires at least one year of experience in app development and a strong grasp of REST APIs and PostgreSQL.
* Quality Assurance Engineering: Conducts regular inspections of factory operations and central workshops to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

* Sustainability Assistant Manager: Coordinates certification processes and sustainability budgets. Requires five years of experience in palm oil sustainability and proficiency in RSPO, ISCC, and ISO 14001.
* Legal Staff: Handles contract drafting, due diligence, and litigation support. Open to fresh graduates or those with one year of experience in Business or Civil Law.
Finance and Administration
* Accounting Staff: Ensures accurate financial reporting and manages accounting cycles. Must be proficient in SAP and hold a degree in Accounting with three years of experience.
* Tax Staff: Manages tax obligations, including PPh and PPN filings. Candidates should possess a Brevet A & B certificate and at least three years of tax experience.
