Open Positions and Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Roles
* Preventive Maintenance Coordinator: Responsible for FTTx network troubleshooting, NOC ticket management, and coordinating restoration efforts. Requires a degree in Engineering and at least one year of supervisory experience.
* System Engineer: Focuses on enterprise server management, virtualization (VMware/Proxmox), and maintaining Linux/Windows environments. Requires 2+ years of experience.
* Engineer Senior Staff: Evaluates tower structural designs and capacity. Expertise in MS Tower, AutoCAD, and SAP2000 is mandatory.
* Drafter: Creates detailed technical layouts and documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and emerging AI design tools is required.
Cyber Security Division
* Cyber Security Engineer: Tasked with penetration testing, system hardening, and DevSecOps support. Candidates with OSCP certifications are highly preferred.
* Cyber Security Analyst: Monitors security events via SIEM and performs incident investigations. Requires 2+ years of experience in a SOC environment.
Operational & Strategy Roles
* Process Governance Officer: Analyzes and optimizes business workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Project Manager: Oversees large-scale IoT roll-outs, field management, and fiber-optic deployment. Minimum 5 years of telecommunications project management experience is required.
* Account Manager: Drives revenue growth through B2B sales and relationship management within the Internet Service Industry.
