Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this competitive management trainee role, applicants must meet the following professional and academic criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, with a maximum of 2 years of professional working experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, demonstrated leadership potential, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
* Extracurricular Involvement: Active participation in campus organizations, student associations, or leadership communities.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately read technical drawings, as well as electrical and mechanical diagrams.
* Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD or specialized engineering software will be considered a distinct competitive advantage.
