## Recruitment Internship Program
We are officially opening applications for a Recruitment Intern to support our growing People and Culture team. This role is designed for those who want hands-on experience in high-growth talent acquisition and employer branding.
Core Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Actively participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, initial screening, and candidate selection.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that build our reputation as a top-tier employer in the creative and retail space.
* Administrative Excellence: Provide general administrative support to ensure HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates in Psychology or related fields. Final-year students who have concluded their coursework and are ready for professional placement are also encouraged to apply.
* Personal Attributes: A high-energy individual with a fast-learning mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
