## Your Role as a Secretary & Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support to our SEVP and Division Heads. In this capacity, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that leadership can focus on strategic growth while you manage the complexities of their day-to-day agendas.
Core Responsibilities
* Executive Scheduling: Manage complex meeting calendars and non-meeting agendas, facilitating seamless coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
* Meeting Logistics: Oversee the preparation of all meeting requirements, including venue arrangements, technical equipment, catering, and guest logistics.
* Document Management: Supervise the end-to-end lifecycle of business documentation, from drafting and routing for approvals to filing and final distribution.
* Gatekeeping and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the office, screening inquiries, managing professional correspondence, and hosting guests with hospitality and poise.
* Business Coordination: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners regarding reporting, business agendas, and organizational updates.
* Travel and Administrative Support: Coordinate business travel arrangements and provide personalized administrative assistance for work-related requirements.
* Operational Oversight: Monitor daily administrative workflows and assist in the compilation of periodic reports for management review.

* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with high proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva to enhance presentation and report quality is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong proactive initiative, a natural ability to multitask, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
