Candidate Requirements

* Professional Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in the shipping industry.
* Communication: Must possess professional-level fluency in English, both verbal and written.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy is required.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, export-import protocols, and agency management.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vessel operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Primary duties include:
1. Vessel Scheduling: Plan operational arrangements for assigned vessel calls in strict accordance with schedules and requirements.
2. Lifecycle Monitoring: Oversee vessel activities from the pre-arrival stage through to departure.
3. Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for principals, general agents, customers, and relevant port authorities regarding vessel appointments, ETA, and operational instructions.
4. Coordination: Manage critical port services, including pilotage, tugboat arrangements, mooring gangs, and other essential vessel support services.
5. Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate pre-arrival documentation and manage in-clearance procedures with CIQP and local port authorities.
6. Operational Oversight: Monitor cargo loading and discharging activities to ensure seamless workflows and immediate coordination with all involved stakeholders.
