1. Production Operator
Production Operators play a critical role in executing manufacturing processes across granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, and soft gel lines. You will also oversee workspace and machinery upkeep to meet strict quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) achievements.
* Execute production workflows adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP / CPOB) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
* Specialize in functional areas including dispensing, granulation, tablet compressing, coating, primary stripping, packing, washing, and general labor operations.
* Maintain equipment readiness and document daily operational activities meticulously.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Free from color blindness, infectious diseases, and severe allergies.
* Educational background: High School (SMA/SMK), senior secondary education (SLTA), or Diploma (D3).
