We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our technical operations team as an Operator.
## Role Overview: Operations Specialist
As an Operator at PT Dgas Alam Semesta, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our gas supply operations. You will be responsible for overseeing high-pressure systems and ensuring the seamless delivery of energy to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* System Operations: Master the daily operation of industrial compressors to ensure consistent performance.
* Gas Distribution: Execute precise CNG filling processes at our Mother Station and manage the end-to-end gas distribution process at client facilities.
* Thermal Equipment Management: Maintain and monitor heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, industrial coolers, water heaters, and electric heating units.
* Instrumentation Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of essential instrumentation components such as regulators, control valves, Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), and various industrial valve assemblies.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced energy environment.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sectors is required. Previous experience specifically within the gas industry is highly advantageous.
* Educational Background: Minimum of vocational high school (SMK/STM) or high school (SMA) graduation, with a preference for candidates from a Mechanical Engineering background.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage daily logs and reporting.
* Work Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a shift-based work schedule and a willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites outside of the city.
* Health Compliance: Candidates must have received the COVID-19 booster vaccination.
