## Available Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
DSLNG is currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer. This position is essential for managing the commercial complexities of liquefied natural gas distribution.
Core Responsibilities
* ADP Development: Curate and prepare all essential data for the Annual Delivery Program (ADP), including shipment scheduling and buyer projections to ensure timely negotiation support.
* Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Coordinate and negotiate with buyers under leadership guidance to ensure the effective implementation of LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
* Operational Execution: Manage procedures related to SPA addendums, surveyor appointments, and seller representative designations to maintain seamless delivery schedules.
* Documentation Management: Oversee all cargo shipping documentation, including loading/unloading instructions and port authority paperwork, ensuring complete and valid records.
* Inventory Management: Develop weekly inventory management plans, coordinate with field operations, and schedule shipments to proactively address future delivery needs.
* Financial & Commercial Support: Calculate and draft LNG cargo invoices based on JCC requirements, ensuring all commercial arrangements protect the interests of DSLNG.
* Chartering & Spot Agreements: Manage spot cargo agreements and vessel management programs to guarantee that vessels are available and optimized for loading operations.
* Reporting & Budgeting: Compile accurate internal and external management reports and oversee the marketing and sales department budget to ensure fiscal compliance.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a commercial role within the Oil & Gas industry.
