We are seeking talented, motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Batam location:
1. Junior Process Engineer (Code: JPE)
This role is ideal for those passionate about chemical engineering and process optimization.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of experience in the oleochemical industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CAEPipe, CHEMCAD, HYSYS, and ASPEN is required.
* Knowledge: Strong grasp of isometric drawing principles and chemical production processes.
* Soft Skills: Excellent command of English and Indonesian, strong interpersonal communication, ability to thrive under pressure, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
2. Customer Service Executive (Code: CSE)
