Candidate Requirements
To ensure our operations run at peak performance, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Preferably male.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Educational Background: Preference given to graduates from Science, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry programs.
* Physical Health: Must be in good physical and mental health; color blindness is not permitted.
* Work Ethics: Must demonstrate high levels of discipline, personal responsibility, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
