We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following strategic positions:
1. HRD Staff
This role is essential for maintaining our organizational efficiency and employee management systems.
* Education: Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an HRD or HR Administration role.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office, with an absolute requirement for advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with BPJS administration, attendance tracking, and overtime management is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be ready to join our team by early August 2023.
2. Cost Control
This position is vital for the financial oversight and scheduling success of our large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience working within an EPCI or construction firm as an Estimator or Cost Controller.
* Technical Expertise: Proven ability to create, manage, and report on comprehensive project cost plans and schedules.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Project is required; experience with Primavera is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills, paired with exceptional attention to detail.
* Location: Must be willing to work from our Head Office located in North Jakarta.
