1. Management Trainee – Finance & Accounting (FAA)
This role is ideal for analytical minds with a passion for financial excellence. Successful candidates will gain deep insights into the fiscal operations of a large-scale distribution network.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Competencies: Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates assertive leadership, effective communication, and active involvement in organizational activities.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any PT Fastrata Buana branch throughout Indonesia.
