## 1. Workshop Manager (Kepala Bengkel)
The Workshop Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our fleet. We are looking for a proactive leader capable of overseeing maintenance schedules and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in workshop management or heavy equipment maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as complex troubleshooting for heavy vehicles and machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, coordinate, and mentor a team of skilled mechanics.
* Operational Standards: Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and maintenance administration.
* Professional Attributes: Analytical mindset, disciplined work ethic, and a focus on achieving tangible results.
* Operational Competency: Ability to operate heavy trucks and a comprehensive understanding of their basic mechanical functions.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our company workshops.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience specializing in heavy vehicles, specifically Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in diesel engine systems, transmission assemblies, braking systems, and various heavy-duty vehicle components.
* Diagnosis and Repair: Ability to conduct thorough inspections, accurately diagnose mechanical faults, and perform both routine maintenance and complex repairs.
* Tool Handling: Skilled in utilizing specialized diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and identifying the correct spare parts required for repairs.
* Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, strong team-collaboration abilities, and a high sense of professional responsibility.
