We are currently recruiting for several key positions to support our long-term vision and operational excellence.
1. Business Strategy Specialist
This role is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction. You will serve as a partner across departments, translating complex goals into actionable business plans and data-driven insights.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate finance.
* Focus: Familiarity with M&A, Joint Ventures, feasibility studies, and performance management is highly desirable.
2. Corporate Communications Specialist
You will be the voice of GMF, responsible for managing our corporate image, media relations, and stakeholder engagement. This role covers internal communications, event coordination, and CSR initiatives.
* Requirements: Degree in Public Relations, Communication Science, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 3 years in PR or media relations.
* Key Skills: Exceptional storytelling in both English and Indonesian, strong event management, and proficiency in digital communication platforms.
3. Aircraft Technician
As a technician, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring the airworthiness and safety of our fleet through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
* Requirements: Diploma 3 (D3) degree.
* Technical Qualifications: Must hold at least two A-ratings (A1, A2, A4) or three C-ratings (C1, C2, C4).
* Commitment: Must be willing to work at our headquarters in Cengkareng or at various outstation operations.
4. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
Engineers at GMF are responsible for certifying maintenance tasks, guiding junior personnel, and resolving complex technical issues to maintain aircraft reliability.
* Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
* Certification: Must possess at least one valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AMEL) with specific type ratings (e.g., A320, B737, B777, A330).
* Capabilities: Strong ability to interpret AMM documentation and deep knowledge of aviation regulations like CASR and DGCA standards.
5. IT Auditor

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT Audit or risk management.
* Advantages: Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC and proficiency in data analytics tools like SQL or Power BI.
