## Job Vacancy Overview: WWTP & WTP Operator
PT Haldin Pacific Semesta is actively searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of WWTP & WTP Operator. This position plays an integral part in maintaining sustainable operational standards, ensuring that environmental and utility systems run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the utility and environmental team, your daily duties will encompass:
* Operating and continuously monitoring Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) installations to guarantee maximum efficiency.
* Conducting routine inspections of machinery, industrial pumps, storage tanks, and supporting utilities.
* Verifying that the treated water quality strictly adheres to internal corporate benchmarks and national regulatory standards.
* Accurately recording operational parameters and drafting comprehensive daily shift reports.
* Executing chemical dosing protocols in strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Maintaining pristine cleanliness across the work area and performing minor preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Collaborating closely with the Maintenance department to troubleshoot and resolve system anomalies swiftly.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this technical role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a WWTP or WTP operator within a manufacturing environment. (Fresh graduates equipped with a strong academic understanding of water treatment processes are also encouraged to apply).*
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of clean water treatment (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) lifecycles.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability in evaluating water quality parameters and operating filters, pumps, dosing pumps, and associated mechanical hardware.
* Safety & Chemical Handling: Familiarity with industrial treatment chemicals and the strict implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3 / HSE) guidelines.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule.
