Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience Level: Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies: Strong communication skills and a high capacity for professional adaptation.
* Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices) or cGMP is highly desirable.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at the Lippo Cikarang Industrial Estate.
