## Role Overview: Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox
As a Production Operator specializing in FCT Fusebox, you will serve a critical function on our manufacturing floor. Your daily contributions will directly impact our commitment to delivering flawless automotive components to our global clientele.
Core Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be expected to manage a diverse set of technical and operational duties on the production floor:
* Machine Operation: Operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line machinery safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Line Changeovers & Material Handling: Execute smooth product type changeovers and proactively manage material replenishment to ensure daily production targets are met without interruption.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of printed circuit board (PCB) printing and component assembly to intercept and eliminate defective units (rejects).
* Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform basic debugging when minor operational errors occur and actively assist with scheduled preventive maintenance routines.
* Workplace Organization: Uphold the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across your designated workspace and production line.
* General Duties: Carry out supplementary operational instructions and tasks delegated by your shift leader or supervisor.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are searching for a detail-oriented, driven individual who aligns with our rigorous quality standards. Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK), with a preferred major in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Familiarity: Deep working knowledge of SMT electronic materials, coupled with a demonstrated background in electronic product manufacturing, assembly, and soldering.
* Operational Skills: Proven capability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork capabilities, independent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a resilient drive to meet stringent deadlines and performance targets.
