Job Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the entire Stock Preparation process via the Distributed Control System (DCS).
* Maintain optimal process parameters to ensure consistent, stable production outputs.
* Conduct proactive equipment performance monitoring to identify and resolve irregularities.
* Perform essential troubleshooting and coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience as an operator in a manufacturing or process-based environment, with a preference for candidates from the pulp and paper industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in DCS operations and industrial process monitoring.
