## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking recent graduates who possess a drive for excellence and the courage to tackle complex industry challenges. To qualify for this intensive development opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline—such as Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or Sustainable Energy Engineering—is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree are encouraged to apply and will be viewed favorably.
* Experience: Applicants must have less than two years of full-time professional work experience.
* Communication: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory, alongside proficiency in the local language.
* Legal Standing: Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the country of application, as relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided for this specific role.
