## General Applicant Criteria and Qualifications
To maintain the highest operational standards, applicants must meet a strict set of administrative, physical, and personal criteria before proceeding through the selection stages.
1. Basic Requirements
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Male or female, depending on specific formation requirements.
* Physically and mentally healthy.
* Possess a valid Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (D4/S1) degree certificate or a valid Temporary Graduation Letter (SKL).
* D3 Graduates: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 with a study program accreditation of at least "Very Good (B)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
* D4/S1 Graduates: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 with a study program accreditation of "Excellent (A)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions.
2. Age Restrictions (As of August 20, 2025)
* D3 Level: Minimum 20 years old and maximum 27 years old.
* D4/S1 Level: Minimum 21 years old and maximum 30 years old.
3. Height and Body Mass Index Requirements
* Conductor (D3 - Male): Minimum 163 cm with an ideal body weight.
* Conductor (D3 - Female): Minimum 160 cm with an ideal body weight.
* Assistant PPKA & Locomotive Driver (D3 - Male): Minimum 163 cm with an ideal body weight.
* Track and Bridge Maintenance (D3 - Male): Minimum 160 cm with an ideal body weight.
* Signaling & Telecommunication Maintenance (D3 & D4/S1 - Male): Minimum 160 cm with an ideal body weight.

4. Background and Integrity Checks
* Demonstrate good personal conduct, free of body piercings (for males) and tattoos.
* Never have been involved in the use or distribution of narcotics or illegal psychotropic substances.
* Never received a prison sentence based on a legally binding court decision.
* Never been honorably or dishonorably discharged due to disciplinary actions from KAI Group, affiliates, or any other institution.
* Not currently married to an active employee of the company upon acceptance.
* Willing to undergo and successfully pass all stages of the recruitment selection process.
## Special Provisions
* Candidates must be willing to be assigned across any operational region within the company.
* Candidates must be ready to be placed or reassigned to formations that align with corporate operational needs.
* Job placement is determined entirely by the results of the selection process and organizational demands; the chosen interview location does not dictate the final work location.
