## Available Positions
1. Accounts Payable Officer
Responsible for the end-to-end payment process and vendor management.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing vendor payments, processing VAT and income tax (PPh) documentation, maintaining accurate financial records, handling petty cash, and ensuring all procurement documents are systematically archived.
* Requirements: D3 degree in Administration, minimum 6 months of relevant experience, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to perform under pressure with high accuracy.
2. Bank Cashier Officer
Ensures the precision of daily financial transactions and bank reconciliation.
* Key Responsibilities: Verifying daily branch deposits, reconciling financial reports with daily receipts, preparing daily bank vouchers, and maintaining physical records of deposit slips and transaction receipts.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred), 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are welcome), strong multitasking skills, and excellent time management.
3. Tax Officer
Ensures all tax operations align with Indonesian laws and financial standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing tax compliance across all pharmacy outlets, updating internal tax systems, drafting optimal tax plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of tax policies to ensure full regulatory adherence.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 6 months of experience, in-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), and expertise in national tax regulations.
4. Pharmacy Technician
The frontline professional ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Promoting pharmacy services to boost brand awareness, providing drug information, performing self-medication guidance, monitoring store inventory, and executing daily sales data entry through our Point of Sales system.
* Requirements: D3 in Pharmacy, deep knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical products, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
5. Assistant Pharmacist
Acts as a key professional in providing clinical care and pharmaceutical counseling.
* Key Responsibilities: Providing professional pharmaceutical care, managing clinical counseling for customers, overseeing daily operational costs, and optimizing inventory based on high-demand sales data (Pareto analysis).
* Requirements: Pharmacy degree (Apoteker), valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is mandatory, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
