* Educational Focus: Engineering disciplines (Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical HV/LV, Mechanical, Environmental), Accounting, Law, or Finance/Business Management.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory (minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent).
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Dedication: A firm commitment to completing the full duration of the development program.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing) as per company operational requirements.
