We are currently looking to fill the following roles to support our ongoing and future projects.
1. Project Manager (Code: LRPS040)
Location: Project Site (DKI Jakarta)
The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of projects by planning, managing, and controlling resources. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure that all work meets strict quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee project execution, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferably hold a Sertifikasi Ahli Madya* (Intermediate Expert Certification).
* Preference given to candidates possessing Ministry of Transportation (KEMENHUB) certification for railway inspection and maintenance.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Sales Staff (Code: LRPS112)
Location: Head Office (Bandung)
Our Sales Staff are responsible for driving revenue through the promotion of our products and services. You will act as a brand ambassador, managing customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and achievement of financial targets.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing sales strategies and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
* Proficient in English.
* Competent in developing RAP (Project Budget Plan), RAB (Budget Plan), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Drafter Staff (Code: LRPS070)
Location: Head Office (Bandung)
As a Drafter, you will play a critical role in the technical documentation process, ensuring that all engineering outputs meet the company’s high standards for quality and precision.
* Key Responsibilities: Creating technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawings; managing and archiving technical documentation.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Physics, or Informatics Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
* Deep understanding of technical, shop, detailed, and as-built drawing standards.
* Ability to review vendor documentation and provide actionable feedback on designs and specifications.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
