Open Position: IT Technical Support Officer
We are currently looking for a qualified professional to manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of site-based technological infrastructure.
* Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and IT networking systems.
* Provide technical support for radio communication devices, including handheld units (HT).
* Maintain LAN/WAN configurations and ensure the integrity of IT tools across project sites.
* Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* At least one year of professional experience in an IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Radio Communication role.
* Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Proven integrity and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Flexibility and willingness to work with high mobility as required by project locations.
