Engineering Department

## Candidate Qualifications
For Engineering Positions
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0.
* Experience: Recent graduates from 2022 and 2023 with a maximum of one year of professional work experience.
For Technician Positions
* Education: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma or a D3 degree (Science or Technical background).
* Experience:
* D3 Graduates: Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, adhering to safe operational standards.
* SMA/SMK Graduates: Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, adhering to safe operational standards.
* Competencies:
* Strong aptitude for learning and professional development.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Basic command of the English language.
* Proven teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
* Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and adhere to an Aoster work schedule based in East Aceh.
