## 1. Head of Personnel & Industrial Relations Department
As the Head of Personnel and Industrial Relations, you will serve as a vital pillar in maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment. Your leadership will ensure that all labor policies align with both company objectives and national regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and sustain a harmonious, conducive industrial relations climate by proactively managing disputes, providing labor consultations, and coordinating effectively with labor unions.
* Oversee meticulous personnel administration, ensuring employee databases remain orderly, complete, accurate, and thoroughly documented.
* Drive the successful implementation of Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), company regulations, and prevailing labor statutes.
* Supervise payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and BPJS compliance to guarantee timely and accurate execution.

Candidate Qualifications:
