## Job Vacancy: Production Technician
MAGI is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the Production Technician role. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the seamless operation of manufacturing lines and ensuring uncompromising product standards.
Key Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as well as candidates with up to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of production machinery, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
* Operational Skills: Capable of interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and complex process parameters.
* Soft Skills: Possesses basic leadership capabilities to guide helpers effectively, alongside strong teamwork, high discipline, strict attention to detail, a willingness to work in a shift system, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
* Work Location: Surabaya, East Java.
Core Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, your daily duties will directly influence factory efficiency and output quality:
* Machine Operation: Accurately operate and monitor production machinery strictly in accordance with established SOPs.
* Quality Control: Maintain process stability and ensure the highest standards of production output.
* Technical Maintenance: Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting when operational issues arise.
* Team Supervision: Guide and direct support helpers to consistently meet daily production targets.
* Safety and Organization: Uphold workplace safety standards (K3), maintain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and optimize overall production output.
