About the Role
Step into our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to mold future pioneers in cocoa manufacturing. We are actively searching for a curious, highly motivated individual to join our manufacturing division. This specialized production role provides immersive, hands-on experience working alongside large-scale operations and cross-functional teams. You will optimize production processes, elevate efficiency, drive cost-saving initiatives, maintain rigorous product safety and quality standards, and enforce workplace safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end production processes and manage daily plant operations.
* Drive continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
* Analyze complex production metrics and equipment downtime to formulate actionable enhancements.
* Participate actively in shift supervision, floor coordination, and team alignment.
