## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an HVAC Operator at PICID, you will play a vital role in maintaining the optimal operational standards of our manufacturing plant. Climate control and air conditioning systems are crucial for precision electronics manufacturing. Your daily duties will involve the following key responsibilities:
* Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance protocols to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of all HVAC systems.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough, systematic checks to identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate.
* Minor Repairs: Perform prompt and effective light repairs on system components to minimize operational downtime.
* System Monitoring: Continuously supervise HVAC performance parameters to guarantee a stable, safe, and regulated working environment across the factory.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure our facility operates at peak performance, we maintain high standards for our technical team. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA) or vocational high school (SMK) graduate. Specialization in Cooling and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*) is strongly preferred.
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age at the time of application.
* Work Flexibility: Fully prepared and willing to work within a rotating shift system.
* Technical Competency: Demonstrated practical ability in conducting preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and minor troubleshooting of HVAC units.
* Geographical Readiness: Willing and able to work on-site at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Depok, West Java.
