## 1. Officer, Business Development
The Business Development Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring strategic alignment across all business functions.
Core Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive market research, data analysis, and detailed business assessments.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
* Monitor business portfolios and manage executive-level performance dashboards.
* Support the implementation of the Strategic Planning & Business Development governance system.
* Assist in evaluating the performance of subsidiary companies.
* Prepare high-level strategic reports and presentation materials for the Board of Directors.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business, Airline Business, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Business Development, Corporate Planning, or Business Analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct in-depth business research.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative team player mindset.
* Prior experience in the aviation or airline industry is highly desirable.
## 2. Manager, Fleet Management
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our fleet portfolio, ensuring that our aircraft assets are optimized to drive sustainable business growth and long-term value.
Core Responsibilities
* Design and execute strategies for fleet acquisition, leasing, restructuring, and disposal.
* Lead complex commercial negotiations with lessors, global investors, and strategic partners.
* Conduct feasibility studies and build robust business cases for new fleet investment opportunities.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track asset efficiency.
* Identify and mitigate business risks in accordance with the company’s risk management framework.
* Draft executive summaries and strategic briefs to facilitate decision-making by the Board of Directors.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve corporate objectives.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Airline Business, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Fleet Management, Business Development, or Investment Management.
* Proven track record in fleet acquisition, leasing processes, and complex business negotiations.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and the development of comprehensive business cases.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
* Deep understanding of the aviation industry is preferred.
