## The Opportunity: PPIC Operator
As a PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production, from material procurement to finished goods. Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses a range of critical functions designed to maintain operational excellence:
* Production Planning and Monitoring
* Develop and implement comprehensive daily and weekly production schedules.
* Rigorously monitor the execution of these schedules to ensure alignment with set targets and timelines.
* Inventory Control and Optimization
* Proactively oversee the stock levels of both raw materials and finished goods.
* Implement strategies to prevent stock-outs, ensuring continuous production, and mitigate stock-over situations, optimizing storage and capital.
* Material Requirements Analysis
* Accurately calculate and confirm the precise material requirements necessary for all production processes.
* Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid any manufacturing delays.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination
* Foster effective communication and collaboration with the purchasing department for timely material acquisition.
* Liaise closely with the warehouse team regarding material storage, movement, and dispatch.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

* Technical Skills & Certifications
