## Key Responsibilities
As an essential member of our quality assurance division, your daily duties will directly impact the consistency and excellence of our output. Your core responsibilities include:
* Sample Verification: Rigorously examine production samples to guarantee they match actual manufactured goods perfectly, ensuring every batch meets our stringent quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Formulation: Develop and provide precise corrective formulas whenever an inspected sample falls short of established quality parameters.
* ISO Compliance: Strictly execute all daily operational workflows in adherence to prevailing ISO standards and protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates aged between 21 and 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent educational qualification.
* Health Requirement: Must not be color blind, as color precision is vital for pigment preparation.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a Quality Control role. Candidates with prior background in a masterbatch manufacturing company will receive priority consideration.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, and fully prepared to work within a demanding 3-shift rotation schedule.
* Skills: Strong numerical aptitude combined with quick problem-solving reflexes.
* Location: Willing and ready to be stationed at our facility in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
