1. F&B Industrial Technician
As an F&B Industrial Technician, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our outlets maintain the highest technical standards to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.
* Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our outlets.
* Manage repairs for electrical installations, plumbing, air conditioning units, and specialized F&B equipment.
* Conduct systematic troubleshooting to resolve technical malfunctions or performance bottlenecks.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment and execute minor civil engineering tasks for store infrastructure.
* Provide rapid response and effective solutions during emergency maintenance situations.
* Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Staff or Technician.
* Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment issues.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
* Willingness to travel between multiple outlet locations as required by operational needs.
2. Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
The Guest Relation Officer serves as the face of Butter Baby. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to premium service.
* Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on hospitality.
* Act as the primary bridge between our brand and our customers to ensure a world-class experience.
* Provide comprehensive information regarding our product range, store facilities, and upcoming promotional events.
* Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with speed, empathy, and accuracy.
* Document customer insights and feedback to support continuous service improvement.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Communications.
* At least 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or a related role (highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
