* Education: High school graduate (SLTA/equivalent).
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 163 cm with an ideal body weight.
* Health Status: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Prior Experience: Candidates must not have previously participated in the OPP, MPP, or TPP programs, nor have prior employment history with PT Saptaindra Sejati.
* Residency: Applicants must reside in the Tabalong, Balangan, East Barito (Barito Timur), or South Barito (Barito Selatan) regencies.
