Citra Borneo Indah Group, parent company of SSMS, is currently seeking ambitious, high-potential fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee (MT) Program, Batch XXVII. This program is specifically designed to transition talented individuals from academic life into impactful leadership roles within the agricultural and logistics sectors.
Available Training Streams
We are currently recruiting candidates for the following specialized tracks:
1. MT Estate: Open to graduates (minimum D3) in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
2. MT Shipping: Open to graduates (minimum D3) in Shipping/Port Management (KALK), Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (ETO).
Core Requirements
To qualify for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Fresh graduates holding a D3 to S1 degree in relevant fields with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Must be currently unmarried.
* Willingness to undergo rigorous training at our operational plantation sites.
* Full commitment to being stationed at our operational sites throughout Central Kalimantan.
## Program Structure
Our Management Trainee program is a comprehensive journey designed to build foundational expertise. The program consists of:
* Phase 1: Three months of intensive foundational training.
* Phase 2: Nine months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) to gain practical, hands-on experience.
* Phase 3: Transition into a formal service commitment (Ikatan Dinas) within the group.
