1. Operational Administrator
As an Operational Administrator, you will keep our daily workflows running smoothly, ensuring data accuracy and seamless document management.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Operational Administrator, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Core Competencies:
Proficient in managing and tracing delivery orders (surat jalan*).
* Skilled in internal system data entry, reporting, and document archiving.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Capable of performing well both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
* Work Location: Delta Silicon, South Cikarang – Bekasi.
2. Service Advisor
We need an analytical and proactive Service Advisor to oversee vehicle maintenance workflows and ensure our fleet operates at peak performance.
* Minimum Education: Diploma (D3) in an Engineering discipline, with Automotive Engineering preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year working as a Service Advisor.
* Core Competencies:
* Sound knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, core components, and parts catalogs.
* Capable of monitoring repair processes from start to the final vehicle check.
* Experienced in handling Work Order (SPK) administration and drafting daily repair reports.
* Flexible and willing to work in shifts if required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. General Repair Mechanic

* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Light Vehicle Engineering, Automotive, or a closely related field.
* Core Competencies:
* Expert in truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Prepared for field-storing duties and emergency roadside assistance.
* Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Reliable, honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
* Willing to be deployed across any PT SIL workshop location.
* Work Locations: Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya – East Java.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
Bring your specialized metalwork and fabrication skills to our workshops to restore our commercial fleet vehicles to pristine condition.
* Minimum Education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 3 years working in a coachbuilder (karoseri*), welding, or vehicle body repair workshop.
* Core Competencies:
* Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Possession of a certified welding license is a distinct advantage.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Strong team player who can also operate independently.
* High standards of integrity, discipline, and work ethic.
* Available for assignments across designated PT SIL workshops.
