## Eligibility Requirements
We are looking for passionate, driven professionals who are ready to excel in a demanding manufacturing setting. To be considered for the EVO Management Trainee Program Batch 1, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or Natural/Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Food Technology, Agro-Technology, Animal Science, or related fields).
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as are professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 27 years.
* Skill Set: Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, analytical problem-solving, and professional communication.
* Location: Willingness and readiness to be stationed at the Evo Manufacturing (EMI) plant located in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
