* Specialized Licenses (For Drivers & Operators): Must hold a valid SIM BII Umum driver's license.
* Technical Training (For Mechanics): Completion of a Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) is required.
* Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a relevant position.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing to be stationed at the Weda Bay Nickel jobsite in North Maluku and commit to a structured roster work system.
