1. Agronomy Assistant (Experienced)
This role focuses on operational excellence in the field.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily work plans, manage divisional operational budgets, and ensure all activities adhere to strict SOPs and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Agrotechnology. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent role is essential, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Papua.
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
