## Join the Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) Program – Batch 43
We are currently inviting applications for our prestigious Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of industry leaders by providing comprehensive training in operational management, technical engineering, and production workflows.
Program Objectives
The MAT program aims to transform qualified candidates into skilled mill assistants capable of navigating the complexities of palm oil production. Successful trainees will gain hands-on experience in:

## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced industrial environment. To be eligible for the Batch 43 MAT program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.
